Our History

Physical Therapy and Fitness Center of Raynham, formerly Mill Street Physical Therapy, has been in business since March 2000. We serve a variety of patients of all ages. Our focus is on patient education in order to promote a lifetime of wellness.

As of August 2015, Physical Therapy and Fitness Center of Avon relocated from 75 Stockwell Drive in Avon to 1340 Belmont Street in Brockton. Summer of 2014 we welcomed our newest location on Route 123 in Norton, MA and are now accepting patients.
